Orlando’s award-winning sushi truck Sushi & Seoul on the Roll has come to an agreement with Sanford’s premier craft beer bar Celery City Craft to manage the kitchen and bring their world-renowned sushi and Asian-inspired menu to the burgeoning food & drink destination Historic Downtown Sanford, Florida!
This new venture will be led by childhood friends and culinary phenoms Chef Al Ruiz and Chef Emilio Molina – both come with extensive experience in the industry and plan to unveil the next evolution of their concept stepping off their truck and into their first brick and mortar.
Their first appearance will be on Friday, October 18th from 6-8pm. Our advice is to get there early to grab a seat in the recently remodeled patio.
You’ll have another chance to experience their menu the very next day on Saturday, October 19th during the extremely popular Sanford Battle of the Food Trucks where we expect another turnout in the thousands for what has become Central Florida’s premier food truck festival! Their window will open one hour earlier than the event at 4pm.
The official opening will be on Friday, November 1st with the following hours:
Monday – Thursday: 11am – 10pm
Friday – Saturday: 11am – midnight
Sunday: 11am – 6pm
To say we’re extremely excited is an understatement. What an amazing addition to our food and drink scene here in Historic Downtown Sanford!
