We are a community driven blog that promotes the Historic Downtown Sanford District in Central, Florida as a
food & beverage destination to a global audience for tourism, film locations, community events & investment.
The Sanford Avenue Merchants present the Sanford Avenue Block Party on every 4th Saturday. Block closure is from 3rd to 5th Street featuring live music, vendors, craft beer, great food, cocktails, wine and fun.
Please note event is suspended during summer months of June, July and August.
